The Northern Ohio Trauma System’s 16th Annual Trauma Symposium will be held at The Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland, located in downtown leveland, Ohio.

NOTS is a collaboration between the Cleveland Clinic, the MetroHealth System, University Hospitals and Southwest General Hospital dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to trauma patients across the region.

EXHIBIT FEES

The cost to exhibit at this year’s conference is $1,250 prior to October 26, 2026. October 27, 2026 and after the cost is $1,750.

THE COST INCLUDES:

• One 6-foot draped table top and two chairs
• Badges for two exhibit personnel
• Entry to scientific sessions (no solicitation will be permitted during sessions)
• Complimentary refreshment breaks and continental breakfasts
• Lunch for two exhibit personnel
• Inclusion in our Vendor Passport
• There is an additional charge of $175 if electrical access is required

Payment

All checks MUST be issued in United States dollars and drawn on a United States Bank.

• All applications must be made on the official application form and include a description of the products or services to be exhibited.
• All products to be exhibited must be directly related to the practice of surgery or medicine, education and any related topics. All are subject to approval by the NOTS Symposium Committee.
• Exhibitors must comply with FDA regulations concerning the exhibition of investigational products and Class III devices.
• Exhibitor identification on all signs, graphics and literature must be the company name(s) submitted on the exhibitor application.
• Exhibitors may not assign or apportion to others the whole or any part of the space allocated, and may not display goods or services other than those manufactured or regularly distributed by the applicant(s).
• Exhibitors must set up, occupy and staff their exhibit during all hours the exhibits are open, unless oral scientific presentations are ongoing.
• Registration badges will admit exhibitors to continental breakfasts, lectures and lunches.

• All exhibitor personnel are required to wear registration badges while on the exhibit floor. Badges will be provided gratis for two pre-registered personnel per table top. Additional individual exhibitor badges are $100 each per day.
• Use of the NOTS name or logo, or other verbiage that implies that the Symposium is a function endorsed or co-sponsored by NOTS, is expressly prohibited.
• The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of the exhibitor’s activities on the The Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the The Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
• Written notice of cancellation of space must be received by October 30, 2026 and will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the space assigned.
• If electrical is needed there will be an additonal $175 to your table cost. This needs to be noted by October 19, 2026.
